The Saint Paul Chapter of ROA is comprised of officers from all branches of the service from locations all over Minnesota and throughout the country. We are in urgent need of members that would like to get involved at the Chapter level. Please stop by a meeting and check us out, or contact one of the officers listed to the right. Chapter Meetings The St. Paul Chapter will meet for lunch the second Tuesday of every month at 1100 at the Ft. Snelling Officer's Club. Officer's from all branches of service as well as spouses are encouraged to attend. Official meetings will occur once a quarter at 1200. The Club is located on Post Road, just off Minnesota Highway 5, near the Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport and Fort Snelling State Park. We will hold the next meeting via Skype as well as in
