Members
You are encouraged to log onto the
ROA web site to check and
update your personal membership data. This includes information
such as your name, rank, street, city, state and zip code, phone
number(s), e-mail address and other information that is on the
ROA web site that is part of your membership.
It is important to have an e-mail address,
if possible, for each member. The use of e-mail is less
expensive and faster for communications from the Department or
Chapter to the member.
As a minimum please have an e-mail address
or at least one phone number.
Changes
At the ROA web site you can change your
personal data at the Member Info link. The user name and
password are the same:
first letter of your first name,
first letter of your second name, "00", member number
User name & password example:
JW00NNNNNN
Note: Your member number is on
the mailing label of The Officer magazine, NNNNNN
It is important to have your preference of
Chapter affiliation associated with your ROA membership. ROA
rebate funds do flow to the Chapter of your choice.
Note: You may view your
Chapter affiliation but you cannot change your Chapter
affiliation by way of the web site after logging in under
Member lnfo.
The Chapter affiliation within Minnesota
is yours to make, however, as a general rule your Chapter
affiliation choices are:

To change your Chapter affiliation either
of the following steps is necessary:
- Call toll free to ROA Membership at
1-800-809-9448, or
- Send an e-mail with changes desired to
info@roa.org
and request ROA Membership make your
chapter affiliation change to "MN/0NN" (as you desire from the
above table).
When confirmed by ROA
headquarters the change should be complete. You may wish to
double-check the accuracy of the change at a future date on
the ROA web site.
Accurate membership information
allows both Chapters and Departments to operate more efficiently
regarding communication with members.
