Junior Officers

      The term "junior officer" is interpreted here as the current rank of the officer regardless of status in accordance with the guidelines of ROA. 

      The Department is structured organizationally with a Junior Vice President for each of the three Service Sections  A junior officer of specific rank from the service sections is elected to fill each of those positions.

      All appointed committee positions such as committee chairs and committee members are open to all regardless of rank. 

     The Freedom Fund offers the opportunity for a scholarship to ROA-sponsored training for qualified members of junior rank.

     State Chapters offer their own opportunities for junior officer participation in a leadership role such as Junior Officer Chair.

     All junior officers are junior only in rank and not in opportunity for full participation in all activities!!
