The Department of Minnesota ROA maintains an active liaison with all of the ROTC programs (*) in the State of Minnesota:

ROTC (Air Force) University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus

ROTC (Air Force) St. Thomas University, Minneapolis

ROTC (Army) Minnesota State University, Mankato

ROTC (Army) St. John's University, Collegeville (St. Cloud)

ROTC (Air Force) University of Minnesota, Duluth
